And unforgettable moments don’t happen without someone tending to every little detail. This sentiment is exactly what Hampton Events represents.

Every timeline I build, every candle I light, every place setting I adjust, every vendor I coordinate, and every celebration I help create is rooted in the lessons she taught me.

The Heart Behind Hampton Events

This one was built from love.

Inspired by the legacy of Marilynn “Lynn” Hampton. Growing up, I watched my grams pour love into everything she touched. She taught me the smallest details can make the biggest impact.

Whether she was transforming a garden into something breathtaking, baking her famous chocolate banana bread, or leaving handwritten notes and thoughtful cards for the people she loved, she showed me that the smallest gestures often leave the biggest impact. She’s a master of botany, but more importantly, she’s mastered the art of making people feel seen.

Hampton Events is more than my dream.
It’s her legacy, blooming in a new way.

The name for my company isn’t just my last name.

I understand that perfection is an illusion. I don’t aim for perfection; instead, I focus on meaning, intention, harmony, balance, order, and striving for extraordinary excellence.

I believe in being intentional and paying attention to the details others might overlook, creating an environment where everyone feels valued and supported, and cultivating resilience to rise each time life presents challenges.

I’ve always maintained a strong exterior paired with a deeply compassionate heart. Every experience—whether effortless or difficult—has strengthened that foundation, helping me grow with greater resilience, conviction, and compassion.

To everyone who believed in me and supported me along the way, thank you. Your encouragement and trust have meant more than words can express. Each person in my journey has played a part in shaping the woman, leader, and business owner I am today.

I've always been a perfectionist who understands nothing is perfect! Just ask my Dad what my childhood bedroom looked like when I had the space to make it just right. But over time, I’ve learned that growth comes from compassion for myself and others, and that the journey is about continuous learning and improvement.

This industry has been a remarkable journey that has pushed me beyond my expectations in many ways. I have had the opportunity to work long hours, push my physical and mental limits, and learn firsthand what it means to dedicate myself fully in the pursuit of excellence.

I have received constructive feedback from individuals I once admired and respected. Sometimes, this feedback was influenced by perceptions of my age, appearance, background, or the choices I made and voiced. These moments have challenged my confidence and tested my character, ultimately contributing to my growth and resilience.

Every challenge I’ve faced has served as a valuable opportunity for growth. The experiences that once seemed overwhelming have become the foundation that has strengthened my resolve and ability.
